Rhinoplasty

Nose reshaping can be performed to address specific elements. This is best divided into the bridge, hump and tip. I follow the techniques developed and popularized in Dallas, Texas where there are world renowned proponents of the technique.

Each nose requires individualised assessment to address the issues and is performed under general anaesthetic with an overnight stay.

We will show you typical examples of before and after photographs at consultation.

General FAQs

Who can have rhinoplasty surgery?
Provided you have good medical health and don’t have breathing difficulties then a straightforward rhinoplasty should be achievable. Closed rhinoplasty(Where the scar is inside the nostril) can only address the dorsal hump. Open rhinoplasty with an access car at the bottom of the nose allows correction of both tip and hump.
I have breathing difficulties, is this a problem?
Often patients will have had injury to the nose or previous surgeries elsewhere and this will limit what we can achieve. Sometimes we will need to recruit the expertise of an ENT surgeon as well for a combined procedure
